The service at Riverside Dental surpasses all others!
Having never been a patient at Riverside Dental, I was in some pain and wanted to be seen as soon as possible, so I called to see if one of the dentist's could see me the same day.
Everyone knows how hard it is to get in and be seen by a dentist or doctor because their always so busy but to my surprise, they told me to come right in!
I was "in the chair" within 20 minutes after getting off the phone with them. My new dentist's name is Jasmin. She took care of me and so did her staff! They even called me at home a few days later to see how I was doing! I trust the people at Riverside because they care about me . . . and that's important!
I picked Riverside Dental because they were in my neighborhood - I'll stay with them because of their outstanding service and commitment to their patients!!!

I feel it is important that when one receives personal care from a professional it be expressed. In my company Customer Care is HUGE and one looks for the same expectations from other businesses and professionals that we use. So when I come across a business, professional or its employees who demonstrate customer care and concern, I send them a note of appreciation because too many times we do not hear that we were appreciated for taking care of our customers.
I know sometimes it is hard to please all and even harder to win back some that may have had bad experiences in their past, but I can say and recommend that you and your group exceeded my personal/professional expectations. For that I thank you.
From the start, Pam was very understanding, caring and listened to my concerns. Without hesitation,she said, ' We can take care of your needs. How about 1pm today?' Of course I was happy because six other offices told me they were not able to see me for about a month - no exceptions even after explaining my current painful situation.
I was also pleased with the care throughout your office and questions concerning my thoughts, feelings, and acknowledgment of my nervousness based on bad experiences in the past. What I was pleased with the most was your personal interaction with me when you came in the room. That put me at ease the most because I could tell that you do care about your patients. Your interaction was both personal, professional and concerned that I receive the best care while in your office. Now I know things got a little tricky, but you and your supporting staff continued in a quick, caring matter to try to make my experience as pleasant as possible. Thanks again - you did achieve the quality/caring service.
As I close I wish others would take the time to acknowledge those like you and your staff that try daily to do the best as a team to take care of your patients to the best of your ability. Again, my company strives for customer engagement, customer satisfaction, aggressive hospitality and reasonable prices. I can say without hesitation that you exceeded my expectations in those areas.

I was in severe pain this morning and have been since Thursday. I went ahead and called the doctors office and Michelle told me to get on in there quick! Now, they know that I don't have a way to come in unless I can get ahold of my big brother, Ron. Ron said he could come and take me right away. Now, get this.......since they knew I might not have a ride in, right away.....some of the staff members offered to have someone come get me!!!! YEAH, you read that correctly!!! Is that not the coolest thing you've ever heard???? They said because we were so nice to them, that's why they wanna help us. How can you NOT be nice to folks who treat you this way?? I'm tellin you....these folks are THE BEST you'll ever find!!!
I am now, pain-free!! THIS FEELS GREAT!!!!
